The World's Oldest Person Passed Away Day Before Thanksgiving

Edna Parker, from Indiana, passed away at a nursing home in Shelbyville. She was 115 years and 220 days old. She outlived her husband and both her sons; have 5 grandchildren who produced 13 great-grandchildren, who, in turn, produced13 more great-great-grandchildren. Can you imagine the entire family getting together for the holidays? I supposed Mrs. Parker decided she would be better off having a nice and quiet Thanksgiving meal with the late Mr. Parker in heaven.

May Mrs. Parker rest in peace, and may her soul continue to keep watch over her family.

Her only advice to those who gathered to celebrate when she became the oldest person was "more education."
